Article 1
Driving of the karts must be in the correct way. The time that you got with your ticket could be finalized, losing your amount without any right to claim for any of the following causes:
1. For getting off the track.
2. For ramming the protective barriers.
3. For closing or not giving way.
4. For pushing some other karts.
5. For not respecting the signals of the employees.
6. For reckless driving.
7. For remain in the Boxes (dangerous area) or for other justified reasons estimated by the track manager.
Article 2
Is completely forbidden to remain in the boxes area. Once the ticket is acquired you will have to wait the corresponding turn shift the protective fence.
The offenders will be liable for any damages they may suffer as a result of this breach.
They will only be able to enter or leave this area when they are told by employees of the track, losing the amount of the ticket in case they do it without proper authorization.
Remember for you own safety: DO NOT REMAIN IN THE BOXES AREA.
Article 3
It is forbidden smoke in the Boxes area and while the karts are driving.
Article 4
In case of a caused accident, the kart user must pay for any damage caused to his vehicle and others.
Article 5
It is compulsory to use the protective helmet that will be delivered to be used during the driving of the kart and that must be perfectly fastened. Likewise, appropriate clothing will be used, at the user´s expense.
Article 6
It is forbidden to throw object from the kart in motion, such as footwear, clothes, helmet…
Article 7
In case of failure of your vehicle, if it is immobilized at any point of the circuit, do not go out or cross the tracks ( it is extremely dangerous) up your hand and wait for our staff to attend you at the point where the accident occurred.
Article 8
EVENTS KARTS, constantly watches for the optimal conditions of the karts, however, if you consider that your vehicle is not running as you wish, stop in Boxes area once the first lap has elapsed, do not wait at the end of the Journey to make your claim, because then it will be impossible for us to attend you since you will have already used your ticket. Our desire is that you are fully satisfied.
Article 9
This company could nullify any ticket (giving back your money before going to the karts) If you deem it necessary, for drunkenness, not having the statutory age or stature and for any other cause that is estimated.
Article10
The company reserves the right to sell tickets outside the scheduled time due to weather conditions that advise it , due to deficiencies in the lighting or major forces. The will be paid by the company or postponed to another date according to the user.
Article 11
The price for ticket is per person and kart, won´t be shared the rounds or the duration of a same ticket between some users.
Article 12
The driving of karts must be correctly, giving way to anyone who wants to overtake.
Overtaking must be done as long as safety is not endangered, in order to avoid accidents.
Article 13
Is not possible to use the karts without the homologated helmet and properly plowed.
Article 14
None of the limbs of your body can go out from the kart.
Article 15
It is not allowed to go into the karts without footwear or with flip-flops.
Article 16
Is not allowed to use the karts with clothes hanging like scarves, or other items likely to cause damage at the discretion of the track manager.
Article 17
EVENTS KARTS is not responsible for the objects that may be lost by the users during the driving of the karts and they have not been previously deposited is a box office.
This regulation has been approved in its entirety by EVENTS KARTS.
